We had lunch with fellow blogger Jessie Artigue of The Concrete Catwalk last week. Although we've been next door at Extra Virgin loads of times, it was a first-time visit to Michael Smith for all three of us. Jessie and Tina both went with the tacos while I had asparagus soup and salad. I thought MS was so much fancier than EV, both in style and on the pocket book. The thing that surprised me most was how affordable lunch was (roughly $10 each). Thanks to Aaron for taking such great care of us.

Asparagus Salad, $8.
The asparagus was perfectly tender and hiding under the mixed greens. Beautiful, light dressing.
