Stephanie has a degree in hotel and restaurant management, speaks fluent Spanish, is a musician (mandolin/piano) and makes her own perfume and jewelry. She's developing her own line of perfumes, lotion and lip balms working with medicinal plants. Former travels have led Stephanie to Spain and Argentina. Now she makes annual trips to Mexico where she has friends. For the most part, Stephanie travels alone. Solo travel allows her some freedom to be open to whatever comes along. Like take silversmith classes, which she did during her last trip. "You're more approachable but there are lonely times," she says, "When it's cold, I'm like a migratory bird."
